Som Tum

I love food. With food literally on every street corner I am in my element. Tonight I had Som Tum, a spicy papaya salad made from shredded, unripened papaya. Only I forgot to say “mai pet” (no spicy)! And was it ever spicy…

  1. Brings back memories of the piri-piri sauce that we had in Portugal. Fortunately for us, they had left the wine on the table:) So we didn’t run out of liquid to wash the piri-piri down!
