Som Tum

I love food. With food literally on every street corner I am in my element. Tonight I had Som Tum, a spicy papaya salad made from shredded, unripened papaya. Only I forgot to say “mai pet” (no spicy)! And was it ever spicy…

This is my first vlog (video blog). Don’t judge!

  1. Brings back memories of the piri-piri sauce that we had in Portugal. Fortunately for us, they had left the wine on the table:) So we didn’t run out of liquid to wash the piri-piri down!

  2. Hi Natalie! I just wanted to let you know that I’ve become a pretty faithful reader of your blog here, ESPECIALLY since this whole Thailand adventure began! (Although I quite enjoyed all your Dad-quotes… you know I met him just the one time, but I relived the accent with every line!) Take care out there and God bless!

  3. That was a lovely first vlog! I especially enjoyed the ‘Follow the leader’ song at the beginning! ahha! Sending much love across the sea! <3
