Songkran 2011

I was there, baby. Here’s my sticker to prove it:

And this is what I looked like when I got home:

(Songkran is the Thai New Year which is traditionally celebrated by paying respect to the elders by pouring water and smearing clay to symbolize blessing. Today it’s a reason to have one wicked water fight in the streets – for 3 days!)

It was pretty much…the funnest thing in life.

Today is day number 3. My goal? Stay dry…
